Sunday Funday Bootcamp
Program Description
Sunday Funday Bootcamp is a high-energy, full-body fitness experience designed to bring athletes, adults, families, and fitness enthusiasts together for a challenging and enjoyable workout at JMISS.
Unlike a traditional gym workout where individuals train alone, Sunday Funday Bootcamp creates an energetic team training environment where participants work together, challenge themselves, and finish the weekend stronger than they started it.
The program combines functional strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, HIIT, agility, core work, and team-based challenges to deliver a complete workout that can be scaled for virtually any fitness level.
