Mental Performance Lab
(1x / week)
Develop the focus, confidence, discipline, and mental toughness that separate good athletes from great ones. The Mental Performance Lab uses visualization, goal setting, concentration, emotional control, and performance strategies to help athletes stay composed, build confidence, overcome adversity, and perform at their highest level.
Early Access Swing Lab
(1x / week)
Start your day by developing better swing mechanics. This early-morning Lab is designed for baseball, softball, and golf athletes, focusing on movement, balance, posture, sequencing, mechanics, and repeatable swing patterns to help athletes build a stronger foundation for performance.
Explosive Athlete Lab
(1x / week)
Develop the speed, power, strength, and explosiveness that separate good athletes from great ones. This Lab uses plyometrics, dynamic movement, acceleration, and power-based training to help athletes become faster, more powerful, more reactive, and better prepared to perform at their highest level.
Power Swing Lab
(1x / week)
Develop the complete power hitter by building bat speed, lower-body power, rotational strength, swing mechanics, and explosive movement. This Lab combines sports science and purposeful hitting training to help athletes generate more force, drive the ball with greater authority, and develop a powerful, repeatable swing.
Whole Field Swing Lab
Develop the ability to use the entire field and become a complete hitter. This Lab focuses on bat path, timing, pitch recognition, approach, and controlling contact to all fields, helping hitters drive the ball with authority while becoming more adaptable and difficult to pitch to.
Combat Pitching Lab
(1x / week)
Develop the complete pitcher through focused training in mechanics, velocity, command, pitch development, movement, and game strategy. This Lab combines purposeful repetition with sports science and performance principles to help pitchers throw harder, smarter, and more effectively.
Elite Athlete Bootcamp Lab
(2x / week)
Push your athletic performance to the next level with high-intensity training designed to develop strength, speed, power, agility, conditioning, and mental toughness. This Lab challenges athletes to train with purpose, compete with confidence, and build the physical tools needed to perform at their best.
Golf Swing Lab
(1x / week)
Improve your golf swing through movement, mechanics, balance, sequencing, and performance-focused training. This Lab uses expert instruction and sports science principles to help golfers develop a more efficient, repeatable swing, increase consistency and power, and play with greater confidence.
Situational Hitting Lab
(1x / week)
Learn to approach every at-bat with a purpose. This Lab focuses on pitch recognition, situational awareness, approach, timing, decision-making, and executing with two strikes or runners on base to help hitters become smarter, more disciplined, and more productive in game situations.
Sweat & Strength Lab
(2x / week)
Build strength, improve conditioning, and elevate your overall fitness. This Lab combines resistance training, functional movements, cardio, and high-intensity conditioning to help you build lean strength, improve endurance, increase energy, and become a stronger, more capable athlete.
Wood Bat Mechanics Lab
Develop a more efficient and disciplined swing using the demands of a wood bat. This Lab focuses on bat path, balance, timing, barrel control, contact point, and rotational mechanics to help hitters improve their ability to square up the baseball and carry those skills into any hitting environment.
