International Baseball Career Advancement Convention
May 13-15, 2026
Legionnaires Field in Ontario Canada
This is more than a camp — it’s a movement. Athletes grow and advance. Coaches get certified. Parents learn how to lead effectively. Through education, evaluation, and professional guidance, the Career Advancement Convention develops complete leaders for the next generation of baseball. We don’t sell hype. We build futures — one player, one coach, one parent, one calling at a time.
Event Partners:

"Don’t trust your future to those who have never been where you’re trying to go—train with champions who’ve walked the path before you."

Schedule of Events
The International Baseball Career Advancement 3-Day Prospect Camp & Convention is intentionally designed to guide players, parents, coaches, and scouts through every critical stage of the baseball development and recruiting journey. Over three action-packed days, attendees will experience live player evaluations, in-depth scouting education, and high-level professional development sessions led by industry experts. Each day builds strategically on the next—combining on-field exposure with off-field knowledge—so participants leave with clarity, connections, and a concrete plan for advancing their baseball careers.
