Purpose:
The Coach and Scouting Track is designed to equip coaches, scouts, and player development professionals with the tools, knowledge, and spiritual foundation to evaluate, mentor, and lead athletes with excellence and integrity.

To develop a new generation of coaches and scouts who lead with character, communicate with clarity, and evaluate with integrity.
